Branding, product, service and interaction design for Zyzo
Zyzo is a unique Belgian invention that fights loneliness of the elderly by making it easy to contact their family and friends through a private social network with a strong focus on simplicity. The product originated from a collaboration with our own hybrio partners Ixor, Phosphorus, Namahn, and Voxdale.
We designed a recognizable brand personality and translated this into a visual identity, product design, and packaging to continue the brand experience during every touchpoint. In addition, we were also involved in the interaction design of the app for the family, the tablet for the elderly, and the general communication of the brand.
The product won the Henry van de Velde Consumer Gold Award in 2020.
