All of Antwerp in your pocket

KAN and Yellow Window Design were asked to run a service design sprint to specify the overall concept of the first app the City of Antwerp will launch in 2022. The goal was to detect and translate the stakeholder's requirements into a simple yet versatile mobile solution, without the risk of it becoming a Swiss Army knife. In a mere eight weeks, we managed to co-create and develop a concept that – thanks to intensive real-world user validation – promised to have a very high adoption rate.
