Bpost is responsible for the delivery of national and international mail in Belgium and is one of the country's largest civilian employers.
We were charged with relieving the workload in their call centre, and facilitating faster and better answers to their customers' questions.
Based on user surveys and key internal tasks, we optimised the UX of the general bpost website.
