Colruyt Group is one of the largest retail corporations in Europe, with retail brands such as Colruyt, Bio-Planet, Okay, Dreamland, and ZEB.

What started as a brand refresh soon became a complete overhaul of all touchpoints for the entire holding. We updated their brand from head to toe with new designs for example their reports, presentations and iconography, and took care of the physical signalisation from the offices to create a better visitor and employee flow through service design techniques.

The aim of making their brand more distinctive from the subsidiary Colruyt Lowest Prices was more than successful, while we also laid the foundation for a stronger employer branding and CSR communication.
