In 2021, Immoscoop welcomed a new management team with high ambitions. Immoscoop aimed to become an even stronger alternative to the typical real estate websites, offering added value through real estate agents.

To realize these strong ambitions and provide an optimal experience for both agents and prospective buyers, we undertook a major overhaul of the brand. We crafted a new branding approach and a revamped brand strategy with a powerful proposition. Furthermore, we created a series of media materials for Immoscoop’s diverse channels.

Immoscoop saw an increase in brand awareness among both real estate agents and potential buyers. We opted for a regional approach using an expanding circle strategy, starting from the strongest areas and spreading outward. We implemented both online and offline campaigns to target our audiences precisely. Online, we utilized SEA and social media, while offline advertising included radio, bus shelters, and print media. By linking regions to specific real estate offerings, we achieved highly relevant reach.
