The past years have seen the VRT (the Flemish Radio and Television Broadcasting Company) evolve into a competitive and modern communications company. With its excellent range of radio and television channels, the company positions itself as a beacon of quality in the media landscape. An acquired position from which have also grown ambitions to be at the forefront of new media and interactive television. But also a position which the company had not yet exploited to its full potential, either internally or externally. This is why KAN Design - after being longlisted and shortlisted - was commissioned to design the new VRT corporate identity. Next to the new logo, the stationery, publications, vehicle fleet, signposting, website etc were also taken on. All these diverse applications of the VRT visual identity programme are being managed by means of an interactive Corporate Identity manual.
